Honeyman State Park, Oregon (Sand dunes). Swimmers and picnickers cavort over the sand dunes and in Cleawox Lake at Honeyman State Park near Florence on the central Oregon coast. The park, one of the most popular of Oregon's 18- state parks, has two fresh water lakes, ocean beaches, dense forests, hiking trails, masses of wild rhododendrons, picnic areas, overnight camp sites and some of the largest sand dunes in the nation.
