1978 Press Photo Classic revival shoe & travel shoulder bag from Roots

Shoes. This classic revival shoe and light weight travel shoulder bag are from Roots, a member of the Men's Fashion Association. At left, the black and palomino tan leather classic saddle shoe/has five silver eyelets and matching tan laces. It is fully leather lined, and has a black mini-ridged rubber sole and heel. At right, black canvas shoulder bag features two zippered compartments concealed under the flap which is secured with a leather and brass tab and button. There is an open compartment in the back with a tab and button closure and the bag is bound in leather. The Roots brass "Beaver" emblem is featured on the bag.
