New York, December 31 - New Yorkers greet 1964 - About 3,000 New Yorkers celebrate the advent of 1964 in the huge concourse of Grand Central Terminal. Above the ticket windows is a large television screen bringing Grand Central revelers a view of thronged Times Square a few blocks away.
