Snow scene in Charlotte after storm hit western North Carolina --- Charlotte, North Carolina -- Snow Cream, Anybody? -- This snow scene was typical for many cities in western North Carolina today after a storm dropped up to 12 inches of the stuff Saturday night and Sunday Morning. This huge pile of snow was dropped by a street scraper near Tyron and Independence square in downtown Charlotte.
