President Lon Nol of Cambodia extends his hand to a well-wisher in Kampot near the capital of Phnom Penh Thursday as he took one of his rare trips outside the capital. Lon Nol spoke to a crowd of about 2,000 expressing confidence in the outcome of the struggle in his country.
