Luci Baines Johnson, right, and a Washington friend, Beth Jenkins, swing through a ride at the Wisconsin State Fair yesterday at Milwaukee. They toured the fair after church before returning to Washington last night. Miss Johnson attended an LBJ barbecue for state Democrats Saturday night.
