1966 Press Photo Michigan Senator O'Brien stands mute as charges read in Lansing

Michigan Senator Bernard F. O'Brien, D-Detroit, stood mute today on two counts alleging he solicited a Michigan State University coed to have relations and pose for nude pictures. Lansing Township Justice Conway Longson released O'Brien on $100 bail and set trial for July 28.
