Bernadette Devlin, 22-year-old girl who represents Mid-Ulster in the British Parliament, stood at the barricades in Londonderry, Northern Ireland, Wednesday with a bull horn, saying "I'll fight here to the last. I don't give a damn what happens." She is a leader in the bitter rioting between Catholic and Protestant groups.
