1969 Press Photo Astronaut James McDivitt wife and daughter at hearing test

Mrs.James A. McDivitt, wife of Apollo 9 commander, and daughter Katie, 2 1/2, were all smiles during a hearing test at St. Joseph's Hospital in Houston. Mrs. McDivitt is the new President of the Women's Public Relations Council at St. Joseph's and will start her term on April 1. The hearing test was to call attention to a hearing seminar at the hospital on February 25. Astronaut James A. McDivitt, is commander of Apollo 9 which is scheduled for launch on February 28.
