The Reverend Carl McIntire, fundamentalist preacher from Collingwood, New Jersey, signals quiet as he begins a rally near the Capitol today to protest President Nixon plans to visit Communist China. The rally ended a march by some 1,500 followers on Pennsylvania Avenue.
