Jeb Stuart Magruder returns a pen to an autograph seeker after signing his name outside U.S. District Court in Washington Thursday. In his third day of testimony in the Watergate cover-up trial Magruder told the court that John N. Mitchell gave his unenthusiastic approval for the Watergate burglary.
