Governor John McKeithen revealed Friday his intentions to use all authority at his command to prevent the use of state funds for forced busing of school children in Louisiana. McKeithen said he was having research conducted to advise him on his powers to act in the matter and suggested that since the federal judges ordering the busing could pay the expense involved.
