Sgt. Chuck Grisby describes a police cruiser and radio to youths taking part in Ride-Along program in San Diego, California. In first year of operation, 1,000 boys and girls have accompanied police officers on patrol duty. Police say the attempt to improve relations between cops and kids is a big success.
