Leaders of the Provisional I.R.A. are seen at a Press Conference which they gave here, June 13. They offered a seven-day cease-fire if they could talk with Mr. William Whitelaw, Secretary of State for Northern Ireland. The offer was turned down by Mr. Whitelaw.
