Overflow crowd of 15,000 persons fill Metropolitan Sports Stadium in Minneapolis Saturday to hear former Minneapolis resident Rev. Billy Graham at a public evangelistic rally. Hundreds of persons sat on ground outside of building to listen on outdoor speakers. The rally ended a week of meetings by the U.S. Congress on Evangelism
