J.D. Kahler was installed last night as president of the Traffic Toastmasters Club No. 729. Kahler succeeds M.G. Bel. Other officers installed at the Monteleone hotel were Emory C. White, education vice-president; Robert Dee Jr., administrative vice-president; Robert W. Kennan, secretary; M.L. Trahan, treasurer, and P.B. Schmitt, sergeant-at-arms.
