Admiring a 100-hour volunteer service pin presented to Miss Cynthia Cucinella (right) are Mrs. Robert Clark, Touro Infirmary Volunteer Service Teenage chairman, William H. Hermann, Touro's executive director, and Clark Corliss, Social Welfare Planning Council executive director. The 100-hour pins were presented to 48 junior volunteers, and 108 junior volunteers received 40-hour pins at a recognition program Friday in the Touro Annex Building.
