Charles C. Glasgow (left) Executive Director of the American Society of Traffic and Transportation (ASTT), congratulates Wilbur G. Cox as newly-elected president of the Louisiana chapter of ASTT in installation ceremonies held Saturday night at the Fontainebleau Motor Hotel. Glasgow also delivered the main speech at the banquet, which ended the group's fall meeting in New Orleans.
