Miss De Lois Jean Faulkner took New Orleans over today. The 20-year-old blonde from Oklahoma, who waltzed away to top spot in the annual Maid of Cotton contest, didn't do anything beyond sitting and smiling. But that was enough. Over coffee and orange juice this morning she was a queen.
