Charles W. Blackstock, left, has been elected president; Claude C. Dupre, center, vice-president; and Frank J. Graf, secretary-treasurer of the Capital Stock Fire Insurance Association of Louisiana. Blackstock is capitol stock insurance fieldman in New Orleans for the northern group. The officers were named at a meeting in the St. Charles hotel yesterday.
