David W. Dixon David Dixon said Saturday he will remain with the Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District as executive secretary. Dixon had been offered an executive position with the new New Orlwans National Football League franchise. "The challenge of the stadium was just too great for me," said Dixon in an interview. "Additionally, the enthusiasm of Governor (John) McKeithen and Mayor (Victor) Schiro swayed me."
