Clark Air Base, Philippines, March 7 - All hands reach out to bid farewell to Major Kenneth W. Cordier of Canton, Ohio, as he is about to leave here Wednesday to fly to the U.S. Cordier was with the group of prisoners of war released at Hanoi last Sunday.
