Mayor Victor H. Schiro displays the architectE™s drawing of the $500,000 hangar which will be built by Delta Air Lines Incorporated at the New Orleans International Airport (Moisant Field). Plans for more than $1 million of new construction at New Orleans International Airport (Moisant) were announced Thursday. The plans, announced by Mayor Victor H. Schiro and H. T. MonteE Shalett, chairman of the New Orleans aviation board, include: A $500,000 hangar and six air-conditioned portable jetways leading from the terminal to departing passenger planes.
