William H. Neal, National Chairman of the ABA Treasury Savings Bonds Committee and Senior Vice President of the Wachovia Ban and Trust Company of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. About 60 bankers from Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas will meet Thursday at The Roosevelt with officials of the United States Treasury Department's Savings Bond Division, to plot ways of selling more bonds this year. The meeting is one of a series of 15 regional gatherings to be held in Federal Reserve Bank cities between now and the end of March. It will be sponsored by the division in conjunction with the American Bankers' Association.
