Mr. and Mrs. George M. Niemeyer, 643 Catina, cut the cake as they celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at a reception at Lenfant's Restaurant last night. Mr. Niemeyer, 75, is retired from New Orleans Public Service Incorporated after 61 years. Mrs. Niemeyer is 74. They have one daughter and two grandchildren.
