Mr. and Mrs. Orville Erstad have agreed to permit University of Minnesota surgeons to try a never-before successful heart operation on their son, Craig, 3 months, born with a heart defect that doctors say would be fatal before he is one year old. Their daughter, Ann Lynn, 18 months, is normal
