Max Bournstein, a midget taxi driver known as Maxi the Taxi, uses rope to pull down the trunk of his cab in Saint Louis. The 59-year-old Maxi, who is 4 feet, 3 inches tall, once was a big name as a promotional mascot and still does promotion work.
