1964 Press Photo Police Officer with Brussels Ancient Arts Museum Painting

The Ruben's painting "Negroes Heads" is held by a police officer in Brussels yesterday after its recovery from a Brussels home. Police announced the arrest of a 19-year-old boy in connection with the theft. The painting is valued by experts at $1 million. Police said the thief was ready to give the art back for $17 ,000 ransom.
