Arthur Alleman was installed as president of the newly organized St. Bernard Clown Alley Saturday night at 562 LeBeau Ave. Other officers installed were Thomas Hawkins, vice president, Edward Bice, treasurer, and Herb Sire, secretary. The group plans to help any and all charitible, organizations and to entertain crippled and retarded children.
