While a nurse registers "Terry", Dr. Merle E. Frampton, Institute Principal, makes him feel at home. Hitherto the institute has served only students ranging from 5 to 21 years. In Dr. Frampton's opinion, lack of proper guidance in preschool age has hindered development of blind children.
