1951 Press Photo Gen. Bradley in a testimony in the MacArthur investigations

Washington: Gen. Omar Bradley resumes his testimony before the joint Senate Armed Services-Foreign Relations committee. Bradley told the committee that the Joint Chief of Staff,which he heads, recommended the dismissal of Gen. MacArthur because they felt his actions were jeopardizing the traditional civilian control over military authority.
