The College club's Washington's birthday tea yesterday began at 3 o'clock (by the program), but guests didn't begin arriving until 3:30, which gave the assisting hostess time for a bit of chat. Here are three of them, (left to right)-Miss Margaret Conway, president of the club, Mrs. John W. Young and Mrs. John S. Walbridge Jr. Eight girls from Downer college presented the minuet.
