Miss Jean Stotzer's engagement to Harrell Meadors of Nashville, Tennessee, was announced at the Wisconsin Club garden party Wednesday evening. Miss Stotzer is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar F. Stotzer, N. Lake Drive.
