William R. Kellett , retired Neenah industrialist, released recommendations of his legislative pay raise committee August 23, calling for a $3,000 a year pay raise for state lawmakers. Madison, Wisconsin. William R. Kellett, retired Kimberly-Clark board chairman...headed task force which recommended and is pushing for major economies in state government...then took on head of citizen-legislator committee to streamline state government.
