Northcott, Ex-Bishop Here, Dies - Services for retired United Methodist Bishop H. Clifford Northcott, 85, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church, Evanston, Ill. Burial will be in Hillside, Ill. Northcott, who formally was Methodist bishop of Wisconsin, died Sunday in Evanston. He had been in failing health for years and had lived in a man retirement home there. Retired Bishop H. Clifford Northcott. Presiding at the 1956 general conference of the Methodist church.
