1960 Press Photo Old school houses under construction in Cassville, Wisconsin

Abandoned schoolhouses are starting to take shape as a village of yesteryear near Cassiville. Workmen are converting the old buildings into stores and shops at the state farm and craft museum run by the State Historical Society of Wisconsin. It is on the farmstead of Nelson Dewey, Wisconsin's first elected governor.
