Three Officers of Eaton Corp., Cleveland have been elected directors of Cutler-Hammer, Inc., in the wake of Eaton's acquisition of 62% of C-H's common stock, a step toward merging Cutler-Hammer into Eaton. Elected Directors were E. Mandell de Windt, Eaton chairman and child executive officer.
