TRAVELING NEWSMAN -- Jack Chancellor of NBC News, who has traveled with Adlai Stevenson throughout the Presidential campaign, will report during NBC News' special pre-election radio and television programs. NBC correspondents assigned to Eisenhower, Nixon and Kefauver also will participate in the programs. New York, New York -- John Chancellor, chief of NBC news' Moscow bureau, will replace Dave Garroway as permanent host of the "Today" show on the NBC-TV network starting July 17. Frank Blain who has been reporting the news on "Today," will join the panel at the desk. He will have a variety of duties, including interviews with guests and special features.
