The legionnaires picked up the signs of states and massed them down front to show their pleasure and loyalty. The vote was: Stambaugh, 1,076; Edward N. Scheiberling, 319, and Raymond Fields, Guthrie, 84. Standing beside the new commander is Milo J. Warner (right), retiring commander.
