This is El Dorado Springs canyon, now a rock climber's dream and an old man's home. And tomorrow -- a rock quarry or a state park? Some 80,000 picnickers and climbers last year paid $.50 each to enjoy the privately-owned canyon. Now Jack Fowler, 76, wants to retire.
