1985 Press Photo Cyclist Tom and Barbara Sitkiewitz on Elroy-Sparta Trail

Cyclist Tom and Barbara Sitkiewitz, of Manitowoc, paused to get their flashlights ready as they entered the dark, damp mile-long tunnel between Sparta and Norwalk on the Elroy-Sparta Trail. The 32-mile, state-maintained trail follows an abandoned rail line and travels through three tunnels between Sparta and Elroy.
